Sandra McKenzie is a senior Human Resources leader with over 12 years of recognized management experience in the municipal sector, and over 20 years in Human Resources. In addition to her extensive professional experience, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Workplace Learning and Change (Adult Education), and a Diploma in Public Administration and Leadership. A Certified Human Resources Professional, she has extensive experience in human resources, working in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Sandra began her career as an operations manager in a large Canadian retailer. Sandra took on increasingly responsible positions within Human Resources, working in the not-for-profit sector, local municipalities, and in the Ontario Public Service. She currently works at a large regional municipality and, with her team, is responsible for providing strategic advice and support to the senior leadership team.
